verizon cell phone return question? help please!?

hi, i bought an lg vx8350 online (it was my upgrade time) for 79.99. after a few days of owning that, i decided i wanted an env, so i returned it at a verizon wireless booth, where they made the exchange. however, because of the $50 price difference, i needed to put 50 upfront, and i would get 50 back with a mail in rebate. now im thinking of getting a chocolate. the chocolate is advertised at 79.99, the original price of the vx8350 i paid for. i have heard though, that once you mail the mail in-rebate form, you may not make any exchanges. is this true? because i would be willing to not get the $50 from the mail in rebate back if i could just make the exchange. help please! thankss i am still within the 30 days of owning the env.

1. yeah i dont think you can exchange it once you did the $50 mail in rebate.
2. First off here are some requirements: -You need to be within 30 days of buying the LG VX8350. -You didn't cut, remove, or take anything from the original box. -You need the receipt from the booth. If you met the requirements take the phone back to the booth (preferably a store) and exchange the enV for a Chocolate. If you did not meet the requirements call 611 from your phone (or 1-800-922-0204 from a landline) and see what Verizon says, they are very friendly and helpful. Good Luck :)!
