Where can I find a cover and clip for a Chocolate LG phone? ?

I enjoy walking my dog around my neighborhood. However we are not surrounded by a lot of people and I'm worried that if something happens I won't have any way to get help. I would like to carry my cell phone, but I don't want to carry it in my hand. I would love to have one of the arm bands like I-Pods fit into so that I can have it with me. Does anyone know where I can get this kind of holder? Also, where can I get a cover for this phone? Thanks
