How to Get REAL FREE high quality ringtones for your verizon wireless phone?

And when i say free i really mean FREE. Do anyone know where to get free high quality ringtones that gets sent immedietly to your phone through texting or somthing. Because i went to a number of sites like myxertones.com and phonezoo and the ringtone never gets sent or it may take hours for it to get to my phone and even sometimes the ringtone are low quality and i cant hear them. So anyone knows any better sites?
