LG Wireless Phone

Please suggest me a cell phone that can use the free wireless network for internet.?

I want a cell phone that has LAN, which means it can get the free wireless network in the university. I also want it to be able to open microsoft word documents. SO iPhone is not what I'm looking for. My provider is ATT. thanks
