- do you really expect to get something for free? youll either have to buy a new phone at full price, or get a minor discount by resigning your contract. nothing is free
- if u have insurance u can send in ur fone and they'll fix it or give u another alias
- Ifyou are still on warranty, yes you can get another one, but get a different phone if your alais's keep breaking! There are alot of other more durable great phones.
- Only if your contract says so or you got the insurance option. I guess you didn't paid for the insurance and that your 30 days warranty is over so that would be no. BUT check if your phone has a manufacturer's warranty (they can go from 3 or 6 months to a year). Flip phones are always a bad idea, the always break on the moving joints. Get one with no moving parts.
- Ok first of all I would like to address some of the answers that other posters have given. 1) if your Alias is physically broken it is not a manufacturers defect and the store will not replace it for free. Chances are they would even replace it for a $50 out of warranty fee. If they did by some chance allow you to pay the out of warranty fee they would only give you another Alias. 2) If you have insurance you can make and insurance claim by calling 1-888-881-2622 (Asurion). They will collect a $50 deductible over the phone and send you a replacement with 2-3 business days through FedEx. 3) If you want a different model you will have to pay the full retail price, especially if you have insurance because there is not other programs allow to be offered if you do have insurance on your plan. So in a nutshell. $50 is going to your cheapest way out of the situation and that is only guaranteed to be able to be payed if you have insurance. Good luck!
