Which of these cell phones is the best for AT&T?

I need the buttons to be big since I have bigger fingers. Thanks alot. Also release dates would be great.

1. I'll say the UTStarcom Knick first, it'll be great if they have diffrent colors also. My second choice is LG Xenon. The samsung is ugly as hell.
