free music video downloads? or Movies, and tv shows?

I want to download free music videos, shows and/or movies. They will be transferred to a micro SD card to view on my new cell phone. Do I need a special formatting? my phone model is LG CU500 (cingular). Any help would be appreciated. My phone can support music videos and movies, I just want to get them free and with the correct format to view them when on the SD card. Thanks

2. there is a web site for the software to do that.. but they do charge.. the website is www.handango.com.. they have a whole bunch of different softwares to make your phone more advance.. like hotviewer is for your phone to display the internet like your computer...
