RHAPSODY CELL PHONE HELP?

i have the new LG chocolate 3. i plug in my phone and this thing pops up for verizon rhapsody whatever i have a library on it. i have a playlist on my cell phone but i want my new music on it and it won't work. http://s265.photobucket.com/albums/ii208/SilverElectro/?action=view&current=thing.jpg ^^ that's what it looks like. (click that) i recently got new music and it won't show up in my library. so i tryed dragging and dropping the music from iTunes to my library but it didn't work and i don't know how to fix it.
