What is the best cell phone to buy for Internet reception?

I am an ATT customer. I have a LG Trax phone now, but the screen is too narrow to get much on it. Also, even though I can receive live TV through MobiTV, I cannot get pay-for-view sports that I subscribe to. It says I do not have enough memory. I have no idea how much RAM I have, but it is evidently not enough. I would like to look for a better phone for this on eBay, but I do not know where or what to look for. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with this? Thanks in advance.

1. probably the iPhone, i saw that LG has a new one called Prada coming out also. I have a Blackberry Pearl and it does a decent job.
