How do you save content to a micro sd card?

I just bought a 512 mb micro sd card to use with my lg vx8300 cell phone. I put it into my adapter, put my adapter into my card reader, hook my card reader in to my computer all with no problems. I can even transfer pictures to the my_pix and my_music folder on the card no problems. The PROBLEM comes when I insert the card back into my phone and navigate my way to the card to view the pictures and songs I just transferred. A few songs show up in the my_mp3 folder but not most that I transferred. And I have yet to be able to view one picture. My phone says "no content saved" every time. What can I do? The pictures show up on my computer as being in the folder but my phone can not see them. My sd card is not locked. I made sure of that. This has been going on for 3 days!

If the song is an mp3 it has to be in the mp3 folder and your phone can not have had the last few software upgrades. other wise it''l need to be in wma format and be in the music folder. you pictures may be too large or something I'm not quite sure... I'd bring it into a store or call cust care - they can trouble shoot it with you over the phone. 1-800-922-0204. As far as the music goes they may tell you to buy a Music Essentials Kit.
