How do I get another sim card to use a phone that needs 2 sim cards?

I saw a Cell Phone that said GSM, and says it needs 2 sim cards. I have only 1 that came w/my att cell phone. CAn I use that 1 and buy another sim card. I'm confused, how do these phones work, and is there an addition charge when these phones are used????

2. Check the user manual. The phone should most probably work good w/ one SIM card and you can have additional card/number if you like to have second line. That's all. Carriers won't object for using this phone.
