How do I insert an ATT SIM Card in a Verizon phone?????
I bought the Palm Treo 650 from eBay. This phone is a Verizon phone but the SIM Card that I have belongs to ATT. How can I change the phone so it can work with my ATT contract????

- Not possible. Here's the specifics: The Verizon network uses CDMA technology. That stands for Code Division Multiple Access. Verizon phones do not use SIM cards period. AT&T uses the GSM network. THis stands for GLobal System for Mobile. Only AT&T and T-Mobile use it. Only phones can be swapped between AT&T and T-mobile as of right now. In the future, Verizon will develop technology that will allow the same usage as the AT&T network, but as of right now, that's not possible. It is not possible to unlock a Verizon phone for AT&T use either, since Verizon phones do not use SIM Cards. Hope this helped.
- I don't know where you could go to do t his, but you need to get the phone unlocked so that you can insert SIM cards from any network. Hope this helps
- You won't be able to. Verizon Wireless phones only work on CDMA networks. AT&T uses GSM. As a result, all CDMA carriers such as Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Alltel, do not use SIM Cards. There is no possible way for you to "unlock" that phone to work on a GSM network.
- Options are: A) Paperweight B) Switch to Verizon C) resell on eBay
