1. No verizon phones come with free mobile web. You can either pay per MB or it is included in your data plan.
2. yup, it costs money. ALL carriers do.
3. i run a Verizon store and 90% of the phones have the capability of the mobile web but u have to pay for it which depending on where u live changes the price unless u get it including within your priceplan which u pay extra for as well
