i have a motorola razor phone , bought at wal mart ,?

daughter used it on t mobile account , anyone know how to unlock it so i can use it on att cingular ?

1. Call T-Mobile and politely ask them to unlock it and say that you will be traveling abroad. Or you can google unlock phone and pay some money for the services that people offer. I'd personally go with the first option Sincerely, General Specific
