What is ATT direct service phone number?
The automated phone prompts are making me get ready to pull the wires out all the way to the pole and get cable internet... I was overbilled, now can't get assistance... typical american greed at it's finest.

- When you get the automated phone prompts, just press 0. They usually include this as a viable option for getting a live service operator. But, they don't include it as a menu option for the automated response unit, because then everyone would just press 0 instead of using the automated system. You can also call the operator (dial 0 at the dial tone) and ask for help. They work for the phone company.
- Sounds like ya over anxious & didn't read ya contract dude ie Small Print.Call and present your case to an agent Mgr. Be firm explain.By the way any 900-800-transferrable lines U.R. responsible. Call ur phone company you would be amazed at how you can become a customer with Power.
