where can i find free cingular wireless or at&t wireless cell phones if i already have a plan?

1. You can always beg one up on Freecycle - yahoo groups, and search for the town you live in and add freecycle at the end.. (ie Denverfreecycle.. Seattlefreecycle.. etc) Someone may have one "laying around" that they don't need. You'll need to join the group to post a message. .
