LG Wireless Phone

I want to use the cingular/att prepaid cell phone service, do I need to buy one of cingular's prepaid phones?

The deal is good, but the phones for prepaid don't look to great. Would it work if I bought a motorola phone without any contract off the motorola website that is compatible with cingular and its prepaid service?

1. you just need a cell phone that would work with cingular. it doesnt matter if its one that they have for prepaid
2. true, you can get ANY GSM phone. it will have to be unlocked if it not branded with cingy!!
