How to cancel att service when your phone is broken and they refuse to fix it.?

Brand new to AT&t and they told me too bad we have voided your warranty since it sounds like your phone not working is "YOUR FAULT". I need to cancel them------ GRRR Im so mad right now! Help if you can THANKS!

1. just don't pay the bill they'll cancel it for you
2. Call them on a pay phone at 1 of the gas stations and tell them to cancel your phone service!
3. well if your physical phone is broken, go out a buy a new one, and you'll be fine, but if the inside wiring is messed up, you really don't have a choice but to have a repair specialist go out and fix your line. If you have the inline repair plan, this could be done for free by calling repair 24/7 at 1 800 246-8464. If you don't have the inline repair plan, and you want to get it fixed for free, call an att service representative to have them add it on, and it will need to be on for 30 days minimum before you can take advantage of the plan, and in the meantime, you can connect to the jack on the network interface device which is the little gray box on the outside of your house, and if you unscrew the middle screw there will be a phone jack inside. A friend of mine is an I.R. for them. http://www.tiffanyvague.acnrep.com You can pick a plan and when you sign onto the service, they will cancel your AT&T service for you.
