SBC/ATT res. phone service FORWARDING feature???

does anyone know how I go about forwarding my home phone to a different number? I have SBC/ATT phone service. It used to be 73# to activate the forwarding feature I beleive. Then 71# to deactivate - but it is not forwarding when I do this.

2. If you are using the correct codes, make sure you are signed up for the service. ATT/SBC has a tendency to remove services on occasion.
3. 72# turns on Call Forwarding - then you dial the number where you want the calls forwarded to. 73# turns it off. No they do not remove services without your knowledge, why would they?? They are charging you extra for that service so removing it would only lower profits for them.
