If you get phone service from ATT online, can you ask that the bill be sent in the mail after first payment?

I need to know because I am trying to find new service online but don't want them just charging to a credit card every month. I would rather see the bill and pay it in the mail.

1. I would certainly call them or look at the bill on line to see if it offers that option. I would never pay my bills on line. I don't want any one having access to my credit cards. Once it starts you almost can't stop it. And I worry about hackers into my account.
