I would like to refill my Go Phone, and have attempted on numerous occasions to ensure the number was accurate, and to find help online, to no avail. I tried www.att.com/GoPhone, selected "Add minutes" (& subsequently "Refill minutes now") to refill the account, entered in the number, and it responded with this: "The phone number entered was not recognized. Please try again." Why is my phone number not recognized? Has it been cut off? Shut down? Disconnected? As there is not a single person available to chat with me at this hour, due to their hours being on Eastern Time, and myself being on Pacific Time, it is utterly impossible for me to acquire minutes for my phone. I have no land line, I don't know anybody in the area, and I am completely stuck. Even if I had $100 to spend on minutes, I can't because... att.com doesn't acknowledge the existence of my phone number... What the heck is going on, and how do I fix it?
