How do I get my Cell Phone's lost account Money Back?

I took an I.Q. test on Facebook.com and I clicked the button to send the results to my att&t wireless phone, and next thing I know it took $19.99 from my account balance. I am so unhappy right now, please help my. and tell my how I can renew my lost money. THANKS:)
