How do you block calls from your att&t cell phone from the online account site?

My daughter has been receiving a huge amount of phone calls from someone and I need to know how to block those calls. ATT told me that I can deactivate her phone by saying that it is lost or stolen on the site and it will cost $4.99 per month. I will have to watch the calls on site and when they get near the limit, she is cut off.

1. you cant block calls using the at&t site ......... you will have to call customer service ( 611 )...........and they are only suppost to do it under special circumstance ......but you can ask to talk to a supervizer and tell them your problem and they should help you ......i am a at&t rep so i know what i am talking about ......good luck
