Verizon Wireless - Do any of their phones offer free internet browsing WITHOUT an additional data fee?

Say one of their phones offers a Wi-Fi browser... And I'm in a free Wi-Fi hotspot... Do I need to pay Verizon an additional fee to surf the web? Or does it depend on the phone?

1. verizon sucks all your money out of everything you still gotta pay for the internet.
2. assuming verizon hasnt locked down the wifi, then it will be free.
3. If you're on an older vzw plan (America's Choice) you are not charged to browse internet. If you're on newer nationwide price plan its1.99/mb without a data plan. Data plan is 29.99/month for blackberries and smartphones that have launched since nov 2008. Data plan is 15/month for all other phones. They give u unlimited mb usage.
