Can i get 2 phone with one att cell phone account???

Ok my parents said that most of the phones at att were kinda high ( i want a contract phone not a pre-paid phone). So my brother ended up getting a cell phone and paid FULL PRICE with a 2 YEAR CONTRACT. So i started asking for a phone beacuse im now in high school and i do so much stuff (cheerleading,track,basketball,volleyball,and clubs) and I NEED A PHONE now. I feel so dependable asking to use other peoples cell phones and also telling them i have no cell phone. My dad said he is not buying another phone (only because it costed so much for my brother's) so i just wanted to know if my brother can get 2 phones from his contract? Can i also get a lower price on the phone since i (he) have an account with them??? Please help me...... I'm really lost and MORE INFORMATION would be very much appreciated..

1. You need to change your brother's account to a family plan with two lines. That's it.
2. You do not have to get a phone that cost so much as your brother's. You can be on the same account and even share a family plan, but he can not get another phone for someone else for a discount. Look at AT&T's website for good deals on phones with a new two-year contract. Just realize that the price is store is not always the same.
