I have att cell phone account , and lost my phone.Does anyone know how I can purchase a refurbish phone?

If you have trouble with your phone they send you a replacement phone (reburished). How can I purchase one without signing a new contract? Is their any web site.

1. please tell me that u have replacement insurance with them??? because if u do, they will send u a refurbished version of the on u had file with them and they will charge u a $50 deductible which will added to your bill within 1-3 billing cycles... if u just have problems with it, and have insurance, if they cant troubleshoot the problem via phone they will send a replacement if for some reason, as far as they are concerned, you are out of luck. They just cell refurbs and they will tell u that u will have to purchase a new phone, but the catch is- it will be regular retail price!!!
