How Much is Verizon Wireless' Unlimited Messaging plan? How much is their Cheapest Voice Plans?

I want to switch my cell phone carrier to Verizon Wireless but I was wondering what the cost of their Unlimited Messaging Plan, and how much their for plans start at. I don't talk on my phone, hardly at all, maybe 30 minutes a month, so what is the cheapest Voice plan I could use? Or should I pay by the minute?
