How do I text when the verizon wireless razor says memory full?

My verizon wireless razor has been working just fine but it just started saying memory full when i try to text. so i deleted all messages, videos and pictures but it still says memory full and i don't know how to fix it i deleted all sent, recieved and draft messages and my phone says i used 3.43MB of memory and i still have 16.07MB left but when i select new text message it says memory full. i have not downloaded anything and i have deleted all pictures. what do i do?

2. Try resetting it by turning it off, then turning it on again. Sometimes, I can't make an outgoing call when at work because the area I work in has walls made of cinder blocks, so it blocks out the signal sometimes. When I turn it off, then on again, I'm able to call out - :) Try that and see what happens. If that doesn't work, then you may have to delete one or two ringtones that you downloaded or delete one of the programs (i.e. Wallpaper Warehouse 5.0 or any one game you downloaded first).
3. you just delete your Sent messages. and also your Received Messages
