How can I talk to a live person when calling verizon wireless?
I called Verizon's number and I seem to get a continous loop asking for my mobile phone number and 4 digit password over and over again. I am trying to put some time on my sister's pre-pay phone to help her, since she is snowed in. I also tried registering at Verizon wireless' website, but a message pops up that says my information does not match theirs even though it is correct. Don't they want to make money? How come they make it so difficult to buy minutes? Is there a way to get a live person on the phone. Help!

- Been there done that! I just got my smartphone last week and for 3 days their "toll free number was down due to scheduled maintenance" blah blah 3 days of calling... it was useless. I just start beating keys until I get a human being. Good luck!
- on most automated voice machines if you push "0" it will skip all the bullsh!t and take you directly to a live operator.
- i worked for verizon customer care and its a tricky process!!! you have to call them and when u get to the menu asking for the number then what you have to do is say that u want to start new service. and then just hit the 1 key at the next two menus and i believe that will get you there, its been a few months since i worked there so i dont know what the sequence of keys is!!! good luck
