what is a good verizon phone that connects to wifi but doesnt require a data plan?

im looking for a verizon phone that connects to wifi hot spots but doesnt need a stupid $30/month data plan. if possible, id like it to have a camera thats more than 3 mp, a touch screen, and a qwerty keyboard, wether its a physical or virtual doesnt matter. thanks for any help.

1. im with vodafone and i got the htc wildfire and i love it, it ticks all you're boxes and i don't need a data plan
2. there currently is NO model of basic phone with WiFi access. if you can find a Kin phone, they would work, but are discontinued.
3. The only phone that will let you WiFi without forcing you to buy a $30/month data plan on Verizon is the KIN (can be the One or Two "m" or non-"m" model). KINs have a touch screen, qwerty keyboard, and a 5mp or 8mp camera. Not made anymore so you will have to buy it on eBay/Amazon/ect
