is the LG Dare Verizon compatible with US Cellular?

I have a LG Dare phone that i would like to give to my niece, she has us cellular.

1. Sorry, it wont work. If the phone does not say US Cellular on it, then they can not activate it. There is a difference of software in the phone even though both CDMA technology.
