Connecting cell phone to Samsung galaxy tab 7 inch wifi, to make phone calls.?

Is there a possible app or way, to connect a cell phone to a 7in Samsung galaxy tab, wifi version, so I could make phone calls with the tablet?

1. sadly you can not because there is no sim card can be installed but u can use internet apps like viber or any other app like it and by the way there is no hard wear can be connect to the galaxy tab to install a sim card so no cell phone only in galaxy tab 3G u can make cell phone calls
