For Qwest Wireless internet service need to have cable or phone service?

Hi I want to put online but not yet decided which company I choose and I would like to know if I need to have cable or phone for Qwest wireless internet because I have no cable or phone but I just want to wireless internet ... What companies do you recommend to get wireless internet? PLEASE faster the better:) THANK YOU! 10 points!

1. You need DSL or cable internet access, from the phone company or your cable company, then you use a router to make it wireless. There are other providers, cell phone and satellite for instance, but you need an internet source first and then you make it wireless - like wifi at a coffee shop. John
