A cell phone with Wifi and skype?

So i'm in the market fr a new cell phone. And i'm looking for one that can connect to the internet via my home wifi and can have skype installed as well. This is a big bonus because i have the skype plan that let me call phone numbers so it would be pretty cool to call from my cell on skype on my internet with out it gobbling up my minutes. Cheaper the better. Also it needs to be able to to use a sim card

1. Skype sucks soooo bad. Hate it! Just get a 3g, phone. Any phone you can download apps with will be fine
2. Basically any smartphone. The iPhone has a skype app, that runs on wifi. Android OS has a skype app, that can run on wifi and 3G. Windows Phone 7.5 has skype built in and integrated to the OS because Microsoft purchased Skype and so they could do so. It can also run wifi and 3G too! But be careful what models you buy. All of these phone OS's listed will be on phones that support wifi, but not all of them will have front facing cameras. The iPhone 4 and 4S have front facing cameras. As for windows phone 7.5 and android, just be sure to buy a phone that has a front facing camera that runs that OS.
