LG Wireless Phone

is there any way to add texting and/or internet to my phone without it showing up on the bill?

my grandma pays my phone bill, but she thinks an additional $10 a month is too much for texting and another $10 a month for internet is ridiculous. i have a samsung strive with att. im willing to pay it, but she won't let me. can it be done legally? by the way, internet isn't as important to me as texting. i NEED it. is it possible to have a seperate bill just for texting/internet with those features working on my phone under my grandma's plan? i never said free. i fully intend to pay, and would it help that i know the last 4 digits of her social security? oh yeah, and i tried to CALMLY talk to her at least about a dozen times.

  1. Texting is a necessity, haha, I feel your pain. As for getting it free, sorry!... the only thing I can think of is getting a texting app for an ipod touch, or getting a google voice account (but that might not be free to text, but then again it might be). Sorry, I hope I could help. My texting is only $5 a month btw... haha... sorry again. **Well sorry about the "free" misconception... but I would just try and get another adult to talk to her, or just take her with you to the store and trick her? Sorry my parents were a little more willing to just give me texting. So.... Sorry!
  2. Sorry, only the planholder can make changes to the plan. All changes will be shown on the bill. I realize that you probably text more than you call. Try sitting down, & CALMLY telling Grandma that kids text way more than call, & to please let you pay for it. GOOD LUCK...
