Best phone with Android and WIFI?

I plan on getting an unlocked smartphone to use on my t-mobile so that I can use wi-fi internet without having a data plan, so I am wondering what is the best smart phone to get that has Android and wi-fi.

1. Why get an unlocked smartphone?Unlocked or not,Wi-Fi does not count against your data usage at all.So just get the data plan and use Wi-fi when you want to use the internet on your phone.Also some Android phones have the option to turn the data network on or off.

If you're looking for 10-incher Android tablets then the best are Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Asus Eee Pad Transformer A lot options if you're looking for 7-inch, HTC Flyer is probably a good choice for its speedy 1.5 GHz CPU, but it still runs Gingerbeard instead of Honeycomb. But I suggest you wait until next year for Asus Eee Pad Memo, it has 3D display and Honeycomb, worth to wait.
3. Samsung i5500 Corby Galaxy 5 Android Smartphone is a great little phone, with many android capabilities. I’ve decided on it, to give a try to the android phone interface, compared to my long experience with windows mobile smart phones. It is generally a nice cellphone, with v. good price for a smart phone. Just be prepared to do some deciphering to change the default menu from an Eastern European language to English. Once done, most of things go fairly well after that.
