Best affordable cell phone with wifi capabilities?

Not looking for a data plan cell phone, just one with wifi- and if possible a QWERTY keyboard, but it doesn't have to. It would be nice if it were also affordable :)! Sorry! Forgot to add that I'm T-Mobile.. I guess you can give me other phone companies options too, if they were unlockable Thank you for helping me clarify!
