hi,i am looking for samsung touchscreen phone with wifi and 3.15 mp camera,if possible 3G.cost should be?

around 5000 to 7000 is there any samsung mobile there with above features since the phone which i m using now(nokia 5233)has created big troubles with display.So please suggest me a good phoe.Thank u.
