Can I use a verizon lg phone with alltel service?

I have an lg phone from verizon service but I currently have alltel service so is there any way I can use this phone for alltel service?

2. No, Im sorry to tell you you cannot. But actually I had Alltel before and I switched to Verizon and I LOVE VERIZON, it is sooo much better. So maybe you could switch and then you could deffinitely get the phone! Pick me as best answer! Thanks!
