can you block text messages from other people on an AT&T GO phone?

ok so i have this att go phone with 10 cents a minute and a huge 25 or 30 cents a text message. i only use the text messaging for business purposes such as work and school. this person won't stop texting me. i know how to block calls from people and texts from AT&T. how can i block another cell number from texting me??? i haven't yet went to see about this at the AT&T store, but i have looked on my AT&T account settings,etc, online and that was not much help..and i do not want to change plans or get a phone.

2. Yes. When you call their. customer care ask them to block it, but make sure they did as they will tell you they did and they did not.
