A Verizon phone that has WiFi, but doesn't need the Data Plan?

I'm a college student, on campus all the time, and I don't need a stupid phone that has internet 24/7 nor do I have the money to pay over $360 a year for internet fees. I'm looking for a Verizon Smartphone that has Wi-Fi but does not require that stupid Data Plan they are forcing on all the good phones nowadays. The "Sharp KIN TWOm" is the only smartphone I've found that has Wi-Fi, but doesn't require the data. Anyone know of any other ones? If it's old, I don't really care. I'm using a Palm Centro right now. Thanks. In other words, I'm looking for a wifi phone that is at least as good as the Centro, preferably better. --- And to all the wise guys out there, I know that the TWOm is not a "smart phone" by Verizon's standards, but you know what the heck I mean.

It's not a smart phone, it's a "feature phone." Feature phones are the ones that don't necessarily require a data plan. All smart phones require a data plan.
