What to do about a stolen Verizon phone?

My phone has been stolen. I called Verizon, but I was out on external hold, so I hung up.. I really need to know if I can get a different phone from the previous one I had. I do not have insurance so I'm not sure how this would work. Is there a difference that should be paid or do you pay full price for the new phone? I do not want the LG Vortex again. I'd prefer an iPhone. Please help!

3. eww...bummer. Get your account suspended by CALLING verizon or... go into a verizon store and have them do it on their computers w/o insurance, you will have to pay full price for a new phone. go to craigslist and see if there are any 'El Cheap-o' verizon phones for sale OR go to eBay and buy one from there cheers!
