Transferring contacts to a new iPhone (Verizon)?

Hello. I have a Verizon LG ENV2 phone and I am getting the iPhone 4 this weekend. Transferring contacts is always a pain in the ass. How can I transfer the contacts from my old phone to the new phone without manually typing in every contact??
