make phone calls using wifi on a blackberry?

In a month I'm going away on vacation and where I'm going I will have no cell phone service (meaning a mobile network) however as crazy as it sounds the campground I'm staying in has wireless internet service so I will be able to use my laptop with no issue. However unfortunately I have to be on several conference calls over the two week span so instead of making a trip into town just to get poor at best cell phone service, I would like to figure out a way to make phone calls just using the WIFI that's in the park from my brand new blackberry bold 9650. I tried to do this at home by turning off my mobile network and just using a signal from my internet but it won't let me make calls. Is there an app or a trick I can do to do this?
