Qwest Internet; no phone jack? ?

I recently switched service Qwest Internet and need a phone jack. I have only one and installation isn't really an option. Will a wireless phone jack work or would it impede my speed? What about the phone jacks that plug into power outlets? Thanks for your help.

1. you need a physical jack connected to your DSL modem... the DSL signal is not going to travel over a wireless jack... the instructions here might help save you the expense of hiring someone to install the jack for you http://nyphonejacks.blogspot.com/2009/12/how-to-wire-telephone-jack.html but it might be worth it to just find someone locally to install the jack for you, so that you do not have to buy more wire that you are going to have a use for..
