What ATT phone can I buy that doesn't require a data plan?

I recently lost my phone and am looking to buy a used one on the internet. Many phones have the internet option but I'm not looking to pay for att's ridiculously unreasonable data plan. Where I buy a ATT cell phone with a QWERTY keyboard that doesn't require a data plan?

2. We have a large selection of AT&T phones. These phones are unlocked and do not require a data plan from att. Send me a message from my site below and I will email you the price list. The site was just launched so I don't have all the products uploaded yet.
3. LG neon doesn't require a data plan and it has a full QWERTY keyboard and touch screen.
