What if you do if you don't pay ATT bill (received deposit already back)?

I have an ATT plan which I just renewed (got a refurb blackberry phone for $10) , when I singed on initially I didn't have a social security number so i gave a $500 deposit, i have since gotten it back, but I won't be in the States in the summer so I don't want to pay $400 dollars of phone bills so I just want to stop paying. If i just stop paying will i get in trouble? They don't have a deposit anymore nor my social security number. And i don't care about getting the account back. Nor about the blackberry which i can just jailbreak. I plan to get a new plan on Verizon. Can they just charge me on my debit card information for termination fees?

1. Talk to them they can put your account on hold so you want be charged.
2. they will charge you every month and if you still don't pay for it. they will get collection agency go after you. I think you can call them and put your line on hold. They will charge aroung $10-$15 per month.
