Can I use the go phone by adding an additional line on my existing ATT account?

I want to add a temporary line for 2 months. I was thinking of buying the att go phone and add an additional line for 9.95 / month. Has anybody done this before. Can I use the go phone with the additional line.

1. No. Anytime you add a line, it extends your contract. you can do it, but you won't be able to cancel the line in two months without a penalty. You can use any ATT go phone on a contract based phone ATT service.
