1. maybe the samsung transform from sprint its touchscreen has wifi nd is android... all the galaxy phones are good but they aren't cheap
2. i suggest you for samsung tocco lite it's featured with wifi and touch screen phone

Hi Suleman for the sort of price your looking for it will either be a tocco lite or the updated model of it which is the samsung monte gt5620 thats the 1 i have & it has touch screen & wi-fi & it has google maps on it & youtube & facebook its an easy phone to get on with it has an expandable memory i bought mine when it was 1st released last april & the only problem i had with mine was it had to have a software upgrade & since then its been perfect ... sly
