WiFi Verizon phone help!!!!!!?

I'm tied between 2 phones. The pantech jest, and the kin onem. The only thing I like more aboput the kin is that it has wifi. I have wifi at my house and if i buy this phone, will I be able to get online with it for free? or will I still have to pay?

1. The two Kin phones are the only Verizon phones with wifi that don't require a data plan.
